The Queens dept of building issued a zoning issue related to our front yard. The front yard was completely covered with concrete decades ago. Zoning must have been changed and now requires at least 25 percent area with soil for plants. Zicklin Contracting was hired to help remedy the issue. They were very communicative , responsive and quickly came with a crew to remove the necessary concrete at a reasonable price. The job was completed very professionally and I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again. W.T. Owner of the property.

My basement was a complete renovation due to a flood issue. I have never had to deal with a major construction project, but it was made easier due to the help of the contractor and his team.
