Bathroom Remodel Crown Heights

Crown Heights sits at the crossroads of Brooklyn’s past and future. Rowhouses, brownstones, and quiet apartment blocks line its streets, each one built differently, each one aging in its own way. A Bathroom Remodel Crown Heights project isn’t about copying trends — it’s about blending the old with the useful, creating comfort inside structure. NYC Renovation knows that balance.
We’ve remodeled countless bathrooms across the neighborhood, from compact top-floor spaces to fully modern master baths. Every inch is handled with precision — waterproofing, layout, and finishes designed to last through time, humidity, and wear.

Sam from Zicklin Contracting did the NYC parapet Inspection for me. He showed up on time, did a though inspection, filed the report with the city and sent me a copy of the report. It was a pleasure working with Sam and I will call him for future jobs.

The Queens dept of building issued a zoning issue related to our front yard. The front yard was completely covered with concrete decades ago. Zoning must have been changed and now requires at least 25 percent area with soil for plants. Zicklin Contracting was hired to help remedy the issue. They were very communicative , responsive and quickly came with a crew to remove the necessary concrete at a reasonable price. The job was completed very professionally and I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again. W.T. Owner of the property.

    Our Bathroom Remodeling Process

Remodeling is rarely linear. It changes shape once the walls open or the subfloor speaks. We stay fluid — adapting to what the building reveals while keeping the plan firm.
    1

Consultation & Design We start with the space, light, and your needs. Then we design a Bathroom Remodel Crown Heights plan that fits — not generic, but tailored to your apartment or house.

    2

Permits & Prepping Permits come next. We handle every form, approval, and DOB filing. Co-op? Condo? We’ve navigated every board meeting. No unnecessary delays.

    3

Construction & Installation Then comes the build: demolition, plumbing, electrical, tiling, fixtures, sealing. Step by step, no rushing. Clean sites, scheduled deliveries, constant updates.

    4

Final Walkthrough & Warranty We review every fixture, seam, and switch. Once you approve, the job closes with a five-year labor warranty. It’s protection built into the process.
