The Queens dept of building issued a zoning issue related to our front yard. The front yard was completely covered with concrete decades ago. Zoning must have been changed and now requires at least 25 percent area with soil for plants. Zicklin Contracting was hired to help remedy the issue. They were very communicative , responsive and quickly came with a crew to remove the necessary concrete at a reasonable price.
